One and a Half Feet on the Ground – yep, that’s me – mostly down-to-earth, stable and in possession of a great dollop of common sense; but also with a huge passion for exploring the wondrous possibilities and potential of life.
I’ve been through many ups and downs over my 37 years, including most recently being diagnosed with a sleep disorder. My fatigue issues have forced me to slow down, move back to the small country town where I grew up and most importantly reconsider those age-old questions – who am I and what do I want from life? During this quest, I’ve realised that connecting and sharing with others – both on an everyday and deeper level – is essential to my own sense of happiness and meaning, and also for most other people as well. So here I am.
